Phase 8 : Signoff of the system selection project 

 

Ths Signoff phase is the closing off the system selection project; ensuring relevant information is filed for future reference and beginning to plan in more detail the system implementation.

Good project governance requires sign off and closure on all aspects of the system selection process, as well as communication to stakeholders on the outcomes and next steps.

 

Please ensure you have completed the following:

  • Communicated the preferred vendor to relevant stakeholders;
  • Produced hard and soft copy project files, and filed them in accordance with organizational policy.
  • Carried forward relevant project documents, to form part of the system implementation project;
  • De-briefed with the project team and relevant managers on key learning's, outcomes and areas for future development.
  • Completed the phase checklist
  • Completed feedback to Professional Services Online
