New business plans require innovation and effort. Coming up with ideas is generally the easy part. Turning these ideas into cash flow and ultimately an asset is what really takes talent, courage and an investment of time and in most cases money. As barriers to entry are low in the Internet space this is where most of the action will take place, new blogs, websites and other online business models.

The Wise Owl and the Mouse

The mouse went to visit the owl for advice on strategy. He was confused and lacked direction. After many workshops, they arrived at the conclusion that the best strategy for the mouse was to become a lion. He could then move to the top of the food chain, have a pride of lionesses to cook and clean for him and generally earn the respect of most of the other animals in the kingdom.

"OK, Im ready" said the mouse.

"What you mean" said the owl?

"I am ready to become a lion, change me" said the mouse.

"No, no, no! said the owl, you have it wrong, I am a strategy consultant, I help you set the vision, I don't do implementation...."
